Career Planning

This service is especially helpful for students who feel unsure, overwhelmed, or pressured to have everything figured out. Our role is to help bring clarity, reduce stress, and support age appropriate, thoughtful decision-making needed to create a four-year plan for high school.

Investment:

Option 1: $495 (includes assessment for Interests, 1 hour feedback session and an additional one-one-one individual session)

Ideal for: students in grades 7 - 8 (ages 12-14)

Option 2: $595 for (includes assessments for Abilities, Personality, Values & Interests, 2-hour feedback session and an additional one-on-one session to prepare for high school)

Ideal for: students in grade 9-10 (age 15-16)

Application Support

This service supports students as they finalize and submit their college or career applications. The focus is not on chasing highly selective admissions, but on helping students build a thoughtful list of options that reflect their goals and provide a strong return on their educational investment.

Students receive one-on-one guidance to complete college and financial aid applications and to move forward with their postsecondary plans. This support is especially helpful for students who need additional structure, accountability, or time beyond what is available through school-based counseling services.

Ideal for:
High school juniors and seniors who need additional support starting or completing applications for career schools (trades, unions), community colleges, four-year colleges/ universities, and financial aid applications.

Investment: $200 per hour session for as long as you need (one-on-one sessions scheduled over Google Meet/Zoom).

Professional Development

We provide professional development for organizations that support young people and early-career professionals. This includes partnering with companies, school districts, and institutions to design programs, workshops, and support structures that promote clarity, direction, and purpose for employees.

Ideal for: large organizations like school districts and companies interested in improvement

Investment: $350 per hour
